I guess a sharp axe cut off our path to Magdala

sad ending point, but while i initially liked the character depth and the whole alchemy setting, i often found myself rather confused with the plot progression and the motivation behind the main characters. the last few chapters felt like rushing the whole complexity to a somewhat usable end, but left much to be desired.
