Still this arc is more interesting that what we've been getting past chapters

The opposite, it now feels like we have a concrete arc, meandering was what happened before

you know what i've meant, it can't hold atmospheric pressure (it's continuously venting atmosphere to space) for living beings

It is since the atmosphere would become thinner and thinner. it would start to be blown out of the atmosphere as well. It could even cause the water to start leaving the planet

If the gravity would be lost slowly (and not non-uniform like this) the atmospheric pressure would start decreasing due to venting it to outer space which would cause severe storms at first (in fact, their depiction of storms in places with the low gravity is mostly correct) and then would lower the boiling point of water to the point that they wouldn't be able to make boiled eggs anymore (they'd discover that first) then they'd all suffocate to death due to high altitude sickness

This suddenly has an ending arc vibe with all the world’s origins and stuff

Was just about to say this. Feels like the big reveal at the end of a story. MC got the girl, a position in the government, his personal golem organization, and now seems to be on an arc to save the whole planet

I don´t recall this part in the novel, but you learn about the whole terraformed planet later, so it is not just randomly inserted.
When you learn that the Demon race are aliens survivors from another race who created this planet and you learn more about their background.
That should still be 1+ arc away tho.

i have a theory that this planet is not the original planet of this world but the original might be cook so they find a new planet but it doesnt have enought gravity so they create a device to generate it
