Such as multiple cases of AI panic-deleting humans' work, or one trying to fire tungsten cubes at passerby.

And that was before the dud in charge of the pentagon gave those same AIs strategic nuclear weapons... you know the same AIs that 9 times out of 10 defaulted to big bombs first and assassins almost as often...
Honestly think the chaps and chickas that update the doomsday clock should just update it to 11:59:45 to midnight, because they might not otherwise have time to update later
