It doesn't look bad, but it's not exactly good either.
It doesn't bring anything new to the table. As a magical girl parody, it's not doing anything Binan Koukou or Mahou Shoujo Ore didn't do already and it's not sincere enought to be a honest shot at magical boys.
Also their outfits are huge and kind of plain.
