Well, sorry to say, but the original MC is guy. Everyone thinking it is in line with Kousuke's own thoughts at times, though.

It'll probably be another 5 years until we get to it, but one of the plots of a later volume requires the MC and Iori to do a certain thing to change genders because of plot. They need to infiltrate Amaterasu Girl's Academy.

Which does confirm things, but that is getting volumes ahead of where this is. Volume 1 ending.

The robot isn't actually connected to anything. And the Robot is threatening to release Aphrodisiac gas, so not exactly life-threatening.

Kousuke tends to do the blindfold stuff himself out of being a gentleman who doesn't want to make them uncomfortable. Yukine is honestly the first or second girl to trust him (in dungeons like this) explicitly. The first might be the older sister figure. The third is a girl we haven't met yet.

I think the real reason I'm annoyed/mad is because this series came out 6 FUCKING YEARS AGO and we ONLY HAVE 12 FUCKING CHAPTERS, thats like 2 FUCKING CHAPTERS A YEAR

and man does that suck because from what little i've seen of the LN, there's alot of cool moments/characters OTL
