Is it crazy to say that this art is so excessively detailed that it has looped around to kinda looking bad especially with the ecchi gag style this manga is set up for?

I know the art is great and the artist is extremely talented but it just feels like extreme dissonance to have this kind of art on this kind of story even during the joke-y gag moments (like when he was stuffing his face with the omurice, they didn't relent from the ultra detailed style even a little). Kinda feels like "this will be manga in 2026" with a super detailed AI upscaling filter on some 2010s magazine filler gag work.

Would be cool to see this artstyle on something more serious though.
