This is so wholesome—I really love how the author has developed the characters. The way their personalities subtly reflect the paths they’ll take in the future is just brilliant. It would be amazing if we eventually get to see Theo go on a mission with his classmates from other departments, like Restoration, for a retrieval or inspection. Watching them work together as official Kafna, just like in the earlier chapters, would be such a great full-circle moment.

I never realize how perfect cataloguing is for Natica. I did cataloguing for a couple years in my public library, and man, it is both boring and mental taxing. It’s definitely something you would end up cutting corners.

Also, I would love to see more of the restoration trio.
