This one's a bit all over the place But that's ok!
I just have no idea who the characters in the 4-koma section are... The Puella Magi universe isn't the easiest to keep track of for a casual fan. XD

Still, thank you for the scanlations! ^^ I love that doujinshi are also getting translated online. :3

The 4-koma section is of Hidamari Sketch. As for the relationship to Madoka, Hidamari is the long-running manga of Aoki Ume, Madoka's character designer -- who portrays herself as the odd caterpillar thing that's the witch in the first segment. (There's some other Hidamari shoutouts in that section too.)
