ok since it's pretty obvious what happens to those deceased magical girls, i think that with all that i can pretty much guess what are the admin's goals there

As I've said, seeing how the first defeated admin turned out to be a body of a girl of their age, it was pretty obvious that admin is a former 'magical girl', then they only mention that your 'lifespan' runs out when the mark vanishes. So that means when stick is used to certain amount, then the transformation happens and the body of the 'host' is used for admin. Do admins need certain collection of their different kinds to achieve some event (kinda like ritual in Mahou Shoujo of the end)? Maybe, but also it seems that they always bound to have rebels that reduce their numbers a bit from time to time, so it's kinda tug of war in that way.
