I'm not with Silver Garden, but on their last post (in May 2024) they said:
"Next we might work on something from Kirara, most likely Mahou Shoujo Bu. But you will know when we release the first chapter.... hopefully this year (crossing fingers!)."
So more chapters might be coming soon.

However, I'm not sure if they mean they'll be starting with the actual first chapter of Mahou Shoujo Bu, which seems plausible if they're starting over from the volume release, as I think all the chapters they've done are from the magazine releases.
