Hey OP, you might want to consider using photopea or similar FOSS art/ editing products/ software to do the translation.

It's certainly will be 100% better than using canva for it. (I'd even recommend buying affinity if you got the cash. It's an Adobe adjacent product that would work great for your use case, if working long term)

I will consider photopea after testing out its convenience as canva s very convenient for me and it is the only thing that i have used so far for many of my projects
