To be fair sir Leonard has no understanding of love and romance at the moment and Lily is all "but mah previous lifes love" and ignores/suppresses her feelings because of that.
The end result may be similar but it's at least a little better than Dense-kun the MC who wouldn't get it even after a confession and just interprets "go out with me" as "go shopping with me"...

Ok...lily is all over the place in this chapter, its confusing how inconsistent she is here. All of a sudden she went from an emotionlly intelligent mc to a typical dense harem protagonist, i know this is sort of a reverse harem manga (and an isemai to booth), and then she then all of a sudden she went back to being like normal, the hell

Well, as long as the woman doesn't say that her uterus is like a battlefield where nothing can survive I'd say she has a chance of getting pregnant cuz if the guy is the one at fault since his sperm isn't active enough then she just needs some other guy to do the job. Unless lily comes saying that she can get her pregnant by artificial insemination....though I don't think they even have what is needed for it unless lily makes Leonard make it with magic.....I don't know what she will do but the woman will get pregnant or realise she can adopt a kid just not jill and that is for sure

oh, I was thinking that it was going to be like one of the Emua doujins and turn out that no one explained to them that it's not the back hole that she gets pregnant from but that makes a lot more sense.

How has she not made the connection that MMC is practically incapable of socializing, much less courting, the sort of ladies she thinks are appropriate for a man of his status, thus her doing damage control for his potential relationships is a complete waste of effort and potentially stunting the emotional growth of MMC? He just said he gets jealous when he sees you with his familiar, goddamn. I mean, I know that she probably won't be able to move on until she's opened up to Leonard about being an isekai protagonist but this is still maddening.
