[Mainsite] Author contact links YT duplicates

[Valle_reading_manga]

When adding a new link to an author's contacts, links to other websites (those not explicitly listed in the dropdown) default to the type YT and you have to change it manually.
Additionally, YT links are displayed twice when set, and the link type dropdown also has duplicate YT entries. The duplicate YT entry will also be present on the author edit page, causing an error when trying to save edits without deleting it first.
