So, I've been having this issue where for some reason when I turn pages, sometimes it doesn't reset to the top. Instead, it starts the next page already scrolled down to the same position as the previous page. This has only started happening somewhere between today and a few days ago, since it was working fine then looked around a bit, but I can't find any other mention of this issue. I don't believe anything's changed on my end, I haven't done much of anything with my computer between when I was last reading a few days ago and now, and it was working fine then. All I can think of is that it has something to do with the most recent site update?

For added details:

I'm on a PC, not mobile. I'm using the latest version of Firefox (109.0.1 (64-bit)) and Windows 10 64-bit. I've also disabled all addons for Firefox in case they were causing a conflict, but that had no effect.

I'm reading using Single Page / Fit Width / Left To Right / Header Hidden / Progress Hidden.

If there's any other details I can provide that might be of use, or if anyone has any clue why this is happening, please let me know. It's rare that I have any sort of issue with this site; usually works pretty flawlessly.

Update: This issue has been resolved and the site now functions wonderfully again. Cheers.

Adding details:

I put emphasis on the word sometimes, though it is happening regularly. Like, I'll click 2-6 pages or so that work normally, then it seems to get "stuck" not resetting the scroll for a while. Sometimes it'll come out of it after flipping between pages for a while, and it'll also come out of it upon changing chapter.

I can't find any hard rules for triggering it, so it seems inconsistent but is also happening in every chapter / series I've tried.

Thanks guys, I thought this was caused by my slow computer ^^

Same behaviour here on Chrome 109.0.5414.120: the auto scroll does not refresh to top when changing page, but not on every page. Also, a page causing this would not always do it again if I go back a few pages, so it's not clear if it's caused by specific content or not.

Same here (vivaldi, another chromium based browser). I see that it also happens on firefox, so definitely not browser specific.

Didn't occur to me to try and check the console, seems like two of the things i was seeing was from the same problem, noticed earlier that when i clicked a page on the progress bar i sometimes got an error (and after testing around a bit, if you keep clicking around you eventually get the error and every time after that you also get it) and now when i'm looking, when you encounter the "doesn't scroll up" thing it spits out the same error

Feel free to look if everyone else is also getting an error

Same issue. Started yesterday. I am using Opera on mobile. Previously it used to go to top right every time i changed pages. Now I am hoping it atleast goes to top. I tried changing the reader settings behaviour part auto scroll section to enable just height and disable width and none but it stops working randomly and you need to refresh for it start again or continue reading and sometimes it starts working again.

Just for the follow-up:
the behavior seems to be correct now, I don't get that "bug" anymore

Is there a way to make it that the next page starts at top right rather than just bottom to top? Like right now it goes from bottom to top wherever you are even when you finish page at bottom left it goes to top left. Previously it used to go to top right making it so you were directly reading the continuation
