[Mainsite] Library: Deeplink with paging starts at page one

if I call a Library page via URL the first page is always shown.
Example: https://mangadex.org/titles/follows?page=7

Clicking at paging menu works as expected.

Can confirm, it doesn't respect the link at all, which makes it horrible to use when trying to sift through your reading list for Manga that you are pretty sure you already finished
