## What is the problem?
When I try to configure the Original Language Filter on my account settings page, it will appear to save changes when enabling more than 20 options:
However, if I reload the page, it will reveal that it the changes were not actually written:
## How can it be reproduced?
I found that the limit was 20 by adding one additional language to my list at a time, until it stopped actually saving the changes.
## What did you expect to happen?
Presumably this list should be capable of holding an arbitrary number of choices.
## Additional context
I want to be able to filter out just one language of origin, so my only way to do that is to select every other language in this filter. It might be nice if this could be changed to a tri-state filter, like the Advanced Search Filter. Then, instead of whitelisting every other language, I could simply blacklist the one language I want to block.
