[Mainsite] Single-chapter takedowns broken in Transparency Report

I believe there is a bug in the Transparency Report that (for now) only manifests in chapter-specific takedowns. They just show "Chapters not found" (detail view) or "Chapter some-uuid not found" (list view). Which is a given, they were taken down.

I think the implementation of takedown entries should be changed such that they store (a copy of) the necessary information themselves. Alternatively, seeing how soft-delete is used on the metadata, the chapter metadata query must be adapted such that it also shows soft-deleted data.

All takedowns are chapter-specific. This is very likely related to some other changes we've recently made to fetch data more efficiently, and... we broke this. Thanks for the report. We will deploy a fix as soon as possible.
