[MainSite] Vietnamese not filtered correctly with Original Language

I have Japanese as my only language on the Original Language Filter, but I am still seeing Vietnamese Comics on the home screen.

Original Language filter setting seems to be ignored by "popular new titles", "seasonal", and also user's update feed.

No idea if this is the intended behavior or not though

1. Go to user settings
2. Set "Original Language" to contain only Korean
3. Save
4. Navigate to home page
5. Observe Japanese original language titles being shown in "popular new titles"

There are a lot of places where user settings are ignored, for one reason or another (some have been explained in other threads.)
For example, the "Latest Updates" page ignores the tag blacklist and I often see a lot of oneshots that would otherwise be hidden.
