This has been shown since pretty much the beginning and is why he is the one destined to be the Demon King.
Although he (can be) quite smart and conniving, it's not what makes him such a good candidate.
Although he's (technically) quite strong, it's not that either.
What make Iruma such a good and clear choice to be Demon King is his ability to not only bring others together, but to also push them to thrive and better themselves.

We saw that when his motivation to learn also motivated the rest of the Misfit. We saw that when Irumean began the work to move the class into Royal One and obtain the aid of all the people Iruma helped. Clara and Alice made that quite clear.
And it's not reserved to good guy only, since he's the main source of inspiration and motivation from Mr.Pervert from the Six Fingers.

All and all, if Delkira is [The Missing Demon King], then Iruma shall be [The Rallying Demon King], the Demon King who will be known for unifying and being praised by the entire Netherland, and maybe even more.
