Fair enough.

The only one who acted irrational here is the mc. He is a really pathetic character.
Even though he's supposed to have considerable intelligence, he still trusted witches.
Especially stupid when you consider all the warnings he got.

• Witches are widely known to cause disasters
• Family murdered
• Witches act immoral when he arrives at their unit
• Miseria outright calls the saint a contradiction
• Saint makes a indifferent expression he didn't expect
• Chronos warns him to watch his back

Mc proceeds to ignore all those warnings.
Afterwards the witch puts him under hypnosis and is crying.
His first thought?
The noble forced the immoral witch to do it.
Even if you ignore his dramatical outburst where he screams at chronos, tries to bite him and demands him to stay still,
he really is just stupid.
He knew all those things and didn't act in accordance to them...

I really can’t stand the MC here. He is supposed to be smart and is respected by a lot of people but he really isn’t that smart and I don’t see why people respect him that much. From what we have heard and seen so far theres nothing to him other then brute force. He is also PAINFULLY boring. Geniunely I just don’t care about him a bit. A complete cookie cutter upright MC with a tragic backstory. Nothing about him interests me in the slightest. I cant help but root for his downfall or for him to die permanently cus he is just that boring. Cmon author give him something that makes him unique or give some flare to him! Make be arrogant, smug or completely insane! The most important thing in a story for me is the mc. I can’t stand it when the mc is bland and boring. I honestly would love to see an MC like denji, light or subaru etc, basically any mc that’s actually likeable or are interesting over this wet blanket. Hope the author kills him for good and we get a new mc tho that’ll never happen.
