Almost thought there the bad guys would be let go. Arsenio might be kind enough to not wish vengeance on them but by this point he thinks he deserves this. Vivian, well run her reputation through the mud and she'll actual give you a proper punishment. They aren't dead but good luck getting out of that curse. Plus I wouldn't be surprised if true love happens for one head and that person gets freed, leaving the other two still trapped.
And this chapter did another good job at showing Arsenio's existing trauma. The amulet helped keep it suppressed but it never seemed like it could be a cure all thing. I guess when he was dreaming he either took it off or it reached a point where it couldn't suppress his fear.
I did like some of the parts too here where when he thinks back a bit to nicer points, Sauro shows up, and when the trauma happens it's all parts of Sauro where he hurt him. It links back to the prequel nicely now that we finally had the last parts of that, plus the part in this story ages back where he said about how many good memories that he had contained Sauro in.
