The samurai lady probably gonna win.
Although, I could see Lakshmibai win as she is somewhat similar to Jeanne, so making them interact could be interesting.
That said, considering how that manga completely wasted characters like Marie Curie or Mary Reed, I'm not expecting too much.

The plot thickens.
I thought i remember her name somewhere then i realize she was that one female swordmaster who dressed like a man(who also had a dojo as well). which her true purpose of doing so is to find a worthy husband so that her sasaki bloodline would survive.
Which in her requirement for a husband(also her father), is a man who strong enough to be able to defeat her in a fight.
