Make middle click open chapter comments page.

Currently left clicking the comments on a chapter causes it to open the comments for that chapter in a new tab. But middle clicking instead opens the chapter for some reason and not the comments. Would be good if middle click would open the comments in a new tab the same way as left clicking on it does. Attached an image of what I'm talking about.

If I middle click it then it opens in a new tab as expected.

Edit: Nevermind I'm an idiot it opens the chapter
