Of course, what fits sloth better than an endless sweet dream...

I also like the touch with the jellyfish (representing bad memories) and the alien antennae (general weirdness)

I suppose the battle against sloth won't be a physical one this time around but rather a fight depending on his will and his friend's support to leave dreamland.
