Why not introduce a custom Sponsor Button for each Manga. the Site can take a cut the Translators Are getting paid. More stuff would be published here and Not on Websites that Are flooded with ads and Night be dead in half a year.

It may sound crazy for you, but MangaDex has existed for seven years by donations (and all the money is invested in making the webpage operative, it's a non-profit-making one). Leaving aside what you may understand by "translators", you're asking for the page to go against the reason why it exists. This would be the perfect honeytrap though.
