Manga I forgot the name of

This manga is about a black company employee who dies of overwork. He gets transported to another world and has an op stat.

The world he gets transported to has a unique way to get everything, every single thing can be dropped from a monster, like food.

Our protagonist has an S stat for obtaining loot and so he gets the best items that he can get from a monster ( like big ass carrots), so he is the only one that can get items from a dungeon that everyone think is a useless dungeon ( he gets stat points).

He also has a female companion with a hammer. And he knows a crazy rabbit girl.

I really liked this manga for some reason.
