I know homepage is already cuttlered, but this is different from “top new manga” because it will be random. Yes, there’s already a random manga feature but this will be something for everyone to at least consider reading and talk about.
pros:
little known works get brought into the spotlight
dropped works long forgotten might get seen by a potential translator
people can discover works they might not of otherwise found (yes it’s redundant with random manga feature)
cons:
more clutter on homepage
likely to be more meaningful for one shots or short ones, while not so much for longer works.
