@Richman, the assessment requires you to design a questionnaire. I decided to design a MangaDex survey because I use the website a lot. Now I've collected my results, I need to analyze the step-by-step processes I took and how they helped me, and whether I can improve my survey and how I would go about doing so.

It's not a particularly interesting assessment - that's about all there is to it.

Edit: Basically, I don't use the results for anything other than explaining if the results I received were good and were what I expected them to be.
