There's plenty of mistranslations, the sword is hinting about the gender and about Krushe "starts seeing him more affectionately"! Venus calls "him" Bubble butt, since the bath encounter!

Is it in the tummy of the wyvern? Is the activity inside of the arm of an ogre?

Maybe they meant "activity sighted involving large monsters" perhaps?

Because activity within monsters is like... dealing with their digestive tract, or something...
