Did you go on hitomi/sadpanda to see his CG sets with a very uhhh unique art style (this is because NHentai doesnt upload his CG setsInteresting premise that they share bodies due to the drugs they ingested. I would think if they can get them out of their systems, they can help those poor victims but I assume the damage will still linger inside them. I checked the author & oh boy they have a history with wacky stories including a hentai that got a SFW version. Looking forward to see what's in store so thanks for the translations.

I didn't make that connection between リーチ (richi) and leech, so thank you for pointing that out. It makes a lot of sense. I've changed Ch. 1 to have it be Leech instead of Reach. I know Hyo's name means Leopard in English, but I'm unsure if it's necessary to include it. I'll include all the different codenames from now on though.I think the name of inmate inside Hibari is meant to be Leech, the inmates go by codenames.
And most of them are animals, like Viper, Stingray, Bear, and Crow.
Hyo himself is also named after animal but that's his real name.
As for Leech, he is even known to drink the bloods of his victim. So he is definitely called Leech.
People basically do not die in this author's works even though the villains typically try to kill the protagonist some way or the other. Here we go on another wild ride from Sakusei Kenkyuujo-sensei. And I'm happy that the author of Otaloli Dragon! is working on another serialization.
I have been reading the raws and it has been pretty interesting so far, but I got a bit bothered by how so many fights ends up with someone getting away instead of dying.
