It seems promising enough. Sure, it's the lesser common "isekai world that hates people who got isekai'd" kind of story, but the execution might be good.

With the Queen's saying that coming over without a reason is impossible and how batshit insane his classmate was from the first chapter, there's actually a good in-universe reason why the people that hop over are maladjusted psychos instead of the usual "just cuz". Hopefull his friend's hasn't found himself in a jar yet.

Aside from that, the art looks great and some of the character designs are cool. Here's to hoping it doesn't get axed!

They are not really reincarnated though, they have to die and be reborn which in this case they are not. They should be called Otherworlders instead. Not all Isekais are Tensei (Reincarnation), and Tensei stories do not have be in a Isekai.

Well, perhaps it's the influence of the book that made them think that way, and there haven't been any cases of the same person returning to their original world (the author of the book, Todaka, is likely a naturalized himself).

The people at the cafe are probably some kind of sect that accepts requests like what happened to the MC.
