Already 25 years ago there were free software that allowed one to generate planet images based on various attributes, with a click of button. Yet this manhua artist can't be arsed to go that extra centimeter to generate anything instead of using a picture of Earth. Using the exact same silhouettes for all background characters time after time must be some inside joke already for the artist, but unless this whole series is nothing but a joke for him, there should be some limits. But maybe this is. The artist might be paid a pittance and this kind of trick might be a form of a silent protest.
