The dragon token is a worthless piece of wood, jade, or whatever it's made of. The dragon island is sealed off by a great emperor stopping dimensional labyrinth, so who can even get in to make a request? About as useful as a gift card to a shop that has gone bankrupt. Furthermore, they won't fulfill any request that's inconvenient for them. Seeing how the dragons are extremely arrogant and prejudiced against every other race, treating humans as slaves, then every single request would be inconvenient anyway, as the dragons wouldn't even want to listen to a human making a request.
Maybe the only request they would accept would be to be escorted out of the island unharmed. But I doubt they would accept even that since getting to the island uninvited equals to breaking in. Keeping that in mind, a quick, painless death might be the only request they would grant.
