Yang Kai is always acting overbearingly and arrogantly out there, though fortunately not with his friends, so it's interesting to see him suffer like this when he's reaping the sorrowful harvest of his past actions. He knew this would happen, but he didn't care back then. None of this is fair, it's just the cave heavens and paradises trying to make sure nobody will ever be able to challenge their supremacy in the 3000 worlds, but even if it's not fair, Yang Kai did know it's a fact of life in the 3000 worlds. He never really prepared for any of thise by making schemes upon schemes. He was just relying on his plot armor to sort things out in the future. Maybe he forgot that although the plot armor does keep him alive no matter what, it doesn't prevent him from suffering such agony that words can't describe it.
