In this story of Martial Peak, there was once a beloved character called Yang Yan, who had great talent in arrays and artefact refining. She should be open heaven already, logically. But then the author totally forgot poor Yang Yan, so she never got a chance to learn open heaven level techniques and material properties from anyone. So tragic. I liked her, but it turns out the author hated her. Who knows why.
