how has no one picked up on that before. theres a massive difference walking on a wooden floor with an empty space under it and a wooden floor with stone beneath it. both in terms of how flexible the floor is but also in terms of temperature changes. also has no one ever had to replace the wooden floor? this feels like a consistent oversight in comics
