Unless you have "special tastes" or female family members, having female clothing that your girlfriend doesn't recognise (and is not packaged as a gift) is suspicious. Some might even find it proof of infidelity.

As for lotion, or liquid stocking is a liquid aking to foundation make-up which simulate the looks of stockings and washed away afterwards. Of course, they have to be applied like an ointment, so do the math here...

Yes, this would normally be suspicious, but Senpai has 100% bought stuff for the intent of giving it to Himekawa multiple times now, and this was no different. I feel like by now she should assume if she finds something that she doesn't recognize it's for her in some way (and probably that she should expect to get laid that night).

My guess: It's "merely" a reference to a lotion footjob with stockings.
