but if akane was being held captive and escaped why wouldn't she go straight to the police? even if they have blackmail on her, she must have realised that escaping from them for good is more important than the blackmail being released or else why would she try to escape at all? And even if she feels like she can't go to the police because she's worried about them going after her family, wouldn't she try and warn her family?
I wonder if after escaping from those guys she got into some other kind of trouble. like she ran out the building panicking and half naked and the first man to find her was another scumbag who kidnapped her.
That seems more likely and plausible than her escaping from the gang but also avoiding the police and her family and trying to solve her problem by herself.
