It's less a cheat skill and more that specific race gets that skill as established earlier. Dunno why they called it a cheat one in this chapter.

I'm actually surprised that gramps' character can "survive" for that long in rookie rank, and literally nobody reported him for either cheating or smurfing, which is the most common thing to do IRL when someone saw a player with that kind of skill playing on the lowest rank for months, or even years...
