Of the four votes left, the two gov agents are obviously Team Ren, and IMO, Fubuki is Team Kyouka.

Bell is the hidden swing vote and deciding vote. I expect her vote to be based on her experience with the battle she was a part of in the last arc and if she thinks Ren can handle the Thunder Gods or not.

She may vote for Kyouka because, despite Ren's strength, she still thinks the Thunder gods are a threat, or she might vote for Ren because she thinks that Ren would still win despite how strong they were.

However, for most likely of the two scenarios, I'd say she'll vote for Kyouka for the above reason, and the point that made her doubt Ren's strength will be the fight between Ren and Kyouka/Yuuki

Anyway, Himari was surprisingly cute.

Probably taken some liberties of having “sloppy/slapstick” style of art so that the Mangaka/assistance could celebrate Christmas and New Years.
