Their first fight huh. Well, it is to be expected, you cannot always see someone eye to eye in some things. After all, everyone has different life experiences. The parents of Sakurai sensei weren't supportive on her decision to become a teacher, even though is a respectable career. It is likely that Sakurai sensei comes from a well to do family, and consider teaching a low ranking job. Based on my own life experience, I think Tama chan is right. The student should be more serious about her future, but she Sakurai sensei is also right, doing something that you don't like/hate will just make your life miserable, even if you make good money out of it.
If the student likes medicine ( we really don't know how she actually feels about it), she could pursue that while trying her hand at youtubing. It will be really difficult, but she she could actually see, what is like.
Anyways, seeing Sakurai sensei sad is so damn sad. Tama, it is up to you to make her happy again. Just offer your body as a... Well it might be a little soon for that.

I like how their argument was written. One says "be cautious and practical" while the other says "Take a risk." It's a big part of their characters. Tama is too restrained, which is why she is still single. Sakurai is free-spirited and bold. You can tell that their argument over a student is actually a clash of these perspectives, and each one has an emotional backstory behind them.

It's a nice way to give lore and characterization, while also showing how their differences can balance the other. A strong ship sails through rough seas and arrives at yuri island.

I mean, not a single conventionally successful youtuber started it by just going "i wanna be a youtuber" (meaning those who did not go viral overnight due to one in a billion happenstance). If you check background of them, you will see A LOT of grinding there which also includes proper day jobs as well. Some people i follow were making content even as early as middle school so it was not really a complete coincidence. It was preparation meeting opportunity which is essentially what we call "luck".

What the student wants to do obviously on a whim or not thoroughly thought out considering the sudden change from her survey answers. Tama might come across as too strict but Sakurai is also living in fantasy lands if she thinks just having a dream is enough to actualize it. If the student came before them with actual bullet points like "i've been already doing this and this" then i'm sure even Tama would be completely on board. Sakurai obviously projecting her past which has nothing to do with the students well being.

That's old new. it actually change again, to make new channel have the chance to reach audience and big channel with lot of sub no longer can just sit down and dominated. Everyone now have to chase the trend/algorism

I really liked this chapter. Mostly due to the YT angle (which caught me off guard), but also Sakurai and Tachibana getting into a bit of ideological conflict. Also seeing them argue was kinda hot, at least to me.

Thank you for the translation (Tachibana's such a sweet snack. She's such a cute and petite little woman. Based on the previous chapter I can say with some confidence that Tachibana secretly has AMAZING curves. She just usually wears the kind of clothes that don't highlight or emphasize them).

I know they just being considerate in their own way. But if it was up to me, I think would just kiss and make out.
