same deal. lets forget about history and try to make a nice story out of this. here we have two possible routes:
1) The jews did betray germany and lead them to lose the war after this hitler could form a unit and plan his battle against the jews but more code geass style but with less superpowers and mechas. he could manipulate people in the same fashion lelouch used his geass. more or less leading to him making the germans revolt in a paradis island vs marleyans style if you will. with this a nice plot could be formed.
now onto the second route.
2) In this the jews are not in the wrong but he thinks that they are through his journey he comes to learn who the real enemies are in a plunderer kind of way. after learning this he could form plans to defeat his true enemy in once again a plunderer or attack on titan fashion. also once again the story could get plot points from the legend of the galactic heroes.
