@doneprone I believe he's still just stuck to his family's phoney honour. That's why he wants to go back, not because he believes he and Fourteen must separate. Fourteen needs to teach him that if his family doesn't respect him, he doesn't need to respect his family either. Might be a tough nut to bite for an East Asian cultural region person, but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, like a Western man would say. Not to mention deep down he already knows his wife is his first priority because he did try to save her. Now he merely needs to continue on the path he already chose, like a real man.
