Woah, that's got to be it! I literally went full 🫠 when I read the wiki article! I spent at least 3 hours trying to figure it out. I thought it was JoJo reference with za being the English "the". I had heard of the game but didn't think of it at all!
At some point I might add a v.2 explaining it proper!

I don't remember the details but iirc I found this image on the blog of the person depicted doing the heart sign himself. He said something along the lines of his little sister showed this picture of himself to him after it blew up on social media. He was unaware that he went viral before then. That's one hell of a way to get internet famous.
