Yeah. I was actually disappointed when I found out that this was also the author of Survival in Another World with My Mistress. The relationships in that one are portrayed even worse. Especially when the queen (mother of main waifu) fell in love with him — even though, from her perspective, the kingdom had fallen just yesterday and her husband had been killed.

post-awakening Hiro is terrifying & it's funny enough to make me not even care about the utter destruction of any semblance of stakes and challenge in the story. Bro becomes Starkiller from The Force Unleashed (as step 1!) & then goes so much Farther Beyond even his fucking ship gets a Super Saiyan form, & it's fucking delightful lmao

it's so bad that it wrapped around to being awesome again lol. it's like the only lessons the author took away from his other series are that 1) the MC needs to be banging every single sentient female(-shaped) being he lays eyes on (and he has zero say in the matter, they're going to fuck him whether he knows it's happening or not), & 2) he should be so obscenely powerful that nothing could possibly get in the way of the previous goal. It's fucking ridiculous & it took me a while to warm up to the change to godhood from "guy who's just really good at shooting things (whether he's holding a gun or a flight stick) & is doing really well for himself despite all the adversity he encounters" but imo at this point just going along for the ride makes it worth it just to see how far the author's gonna take this shit

I recall a comment saying it felt like the author was a very horny boy when writing this novel.

He's already specialized as a pilot. Sword fighting in this setting sounds very niche so it's not something to learn without reason and even then you won't catch up with people who have studied it for years. Heck, he couldn't even legally carry it until recently. It's like me telling you to learn sword fighting irl because you might need it at 0.01% probability, but you can't usually have it on you legally.

Imagine getting shipped off to the Ukranian front as a tank pilot but they tell you to learn fencing on the off chance you have to duel a Russian officer for the fate of the war 💀

IF a Dyson Sphere was ever possible to be built, it wouldn't be illuminated from only one side like a planet.
Unless you're building it in a system with two stars which would make it even less possible to build it and not expect it to collapse due to gravitational force of another star.
