The Ferry will either anchored deep offshore and send everyone to port on a smaller disguised vessel or find a clandestine port where no one will ask questions. Also, having those free entry passes is only good if he can restrict who can use them. He runs the risk of being boarded by enemies otherwise.

Per chance, have you ever seen Evan Almighty? Probably gonna end up looking like that lol. Ferry will definitely have to be anchored off shore though, no way any ports in that world that would currently be deep enough while also having enough space to maneuver in and out of the port.

Also it was explained at the very beginning that he could already keep enemies off the ship, the rules were he could decide who got access to board his ships and if someone acted hostile on board they would be automatically thrown off. I assume this system was given to him so that instead of him having to manually allow passengers to board he could print however many tickets he wanted and sell those instead.

Edit: Just in case there are any misunderstandings I'm talking about purely if/when he decides to use the Ferry for commercial travel and accepts passengers. A lot of other people mentioned swapping to the Klugo but that wouldn't work with 1000 people on board

Hi hi, hello hello. Gonna try to explain as best I can. Not sure if this has been covered much in the LN, but the God that brought MC here intentionally made sure the MC could never get a boat w attack abilities from his skills. On the other hand, literally NOTHING on the human plane will break the boat's barrier. It's explained more in depth in LN, but in a nutshell, big God got tired of OP MC crushes everything, and only gave MC lifestyle and defense hacks. Don't expect the MC to ever get strong, get an attack boat, or anything like that, sadly it's not that kind of story.

Ferries are usually only for day-tripping, so it's more like going to a poorer strip mall than the entertainment centered city that is a luxury liner. You might find some gym equipment, but who is gonna board a three hour boat ride, when they could just go to the local gym.
