Waiting for User [Miao Shou Xian Dan] chapter numbering issue

Most of Miao Shou Xian Dan chapters have decimal numbering, which is probably from the KuaiKan raws while the other chapters with integer numbering were probably from the other two raws (u17 and manman).

Since u17 is down since I started working on this (it had integer numbering) and KuaiKan has decimal numbering, the integer numbering should probably be changed to the decimal numbering of KuaiKan.
