Tip: Also for a bra:
1. Put your arms in the straps
2. Clapse the bra in the back (There are versions with a hook in the front)
3. The bra usually has three tightness settings, but choose the loosest setting if it's new (as the bra stretches, the bra can be tightened)
4. Move the breasts to fit the cup.
Unless you're Suu, this is helpful info.
