Okay, so...what I can gather is...
in this universe, the final lifeforms on a planet go out as Galactic Primates or whatever-Voyagers that go from world to world pursuing their obsessions. with lifespans in the billions of years. The blade, money, etc.
One such being was Selene, the moon Goddess, who pursued the love of Endymion, or Secret San. Though she desired his eternal love, he was mortal-so she granted him Mabu to slumber, drain the life from those around him, and persist eternally. Endymions siblings, enraged by this, also became Galactic Voyagers, going out to gain power to one day possibly free him/end his suffering. Endymion had another plan, granting Mabu to a young girl with a pure heart...who might uh. maybe be Selene reincarnated???
Also, Jesus Christ was...maybe Selene's son in this setting?????
Anyway, it seems that a group of Voyagers have come together to try and defeat Selene...or just take over the earth for themselves to fuck her over. Two such beings are Heinrich and the leader of the defense force.
Meanwhile, Longinus from The Bible is still alive because Jesus performed a Jesus Curse on him, and he raised a daughter to be the ultimate human-probably intending her to be Earth/Humanity's Galactic Primate.
Also, the united states was conquered by catgirl aliens.
