Fun fact: in medieval French, there was a common play on words between connil which means “bunny” (yes, that’s where “cony” in English and Kaninchen in German come from) and connin which means “pussy, but not the animal wink wink”. So she’s definitely feeding all these vegetables to her connil

When I was young, we temporarily took care of my elder sibling's friend's rabbit (not sure why, too young to remember). It frigging loved carrots, so I would feed the rabbit a bit of carrot every day... Until it had the smelliest diarrhea ever. Oh god that smell was disgusting. After that I never went near that rabbit again.
Not surprising, carrots are basically chocolate bars for rabbits. Too much sugar can give them gas and diarrhea.
It doesn't help that:

A: Rabbits are grazing animals and all grazers have trouble recognizing when they're full.
B: Rabbits can taste sweet flavors and will absolutely eat any sweet foods they are given or can reach.
Finally, C: Rabbits are smart enough to learn how to beg for treats and remember who it works on.
